今天學弟推薦我一部性愛巴士導演的精彩電影作品"搖滾芭比"，他以似舞台劇的搖滾音樂闡述雙性人的孤獨與失落
當中最猛的是John Cameron Mitchell一人兼任導演/編劇/男主角，將變性歌手詮釋的淋漓盡致之餘～
同時擁有兼具爆發性又感性的嗓音，這實在是令人讚賞！
尤其是電影當中由Stephen Trask譜寫的靈魂歌曲"The Origin Of Love"，是完完全全的傑作阿！
喜歡搖滾樂又不排斥接觸次文化族群或議題的朋友，一定不能錯過這部精彩的電影！！

「搖滾芭比」的兩位創作靈魂-劇場界出身的John Cameron Mitchell與搖滾樂界出身的Stephen Trask(曾與Debbie Harry、Joey Ramone、Green Day同台)是在飛機上偶遇閒聊之下孕育這個被世界所忽視的搖滾歌手的故事，兩人與Trask所組的樂團Cheater就帶著這故事走唱紐約Soho區的龐克樂變裝皇后酒吧，口耳相傳之下，故事登上外百老匯舞台，瞬間橫掃傳媒與劇場圈。

就跟「Tommy」、「Rent」這些以搖滾樂撼動百老匯舞台的戲碼一樣，「搖滾芭比」透過搖滾樂的情緒因子激爆舞台劇的戲劇性格，字裡行間滿佈對現實世界所謂的傳統與真理的質疑、不滿、憤怒、挑釁，全都在龐克樂架構的園地進行一場非常放肆的宣洩，開場的"Tear Me Down"流暢琴音與搖滾勁道匯聚成龐然的情緒，搖滾樂的叛逆性格極致呈現，帶出主角針對世俗二分法的強烈質疑與不滿，也提出'爭議'與'對立'相互依存的觀點，傳承滾石合唱團藍調搖滾味道的迷思小品"The Origin Of Love"算是此戲的重要題旨，以戲謔的寓言撥開性別謎團的源頭--寂寞，調點鄉村民謠藍調搖滾口味的"Sugar Daddy"撕裂色慾狂底層的控制慾望，哀傷迷惘與輕快瀟灑情緒交錯的"Wig In A Box"道出變裝女從悔意與無奈裡慢慢走出歲月陰霾的百樣心情，由鋼琴主奏帶出的絕佳酒吧藍調氣氛小品"Wicked Little Town"描述不被世俗所接受的淪落人患難與共的失落感。

整張原聲帶聽下來，一則從變性歌手的故事逐漸開展成一段挑戰傳統的悲歌，不但聽見了龐克樂的狂妄，還有真誠到讓人椎心肝的藍調，末尾的"Midnight Radio"則是創作者向Patti Smith、Tina Turner、Yoko Ono、Aretha Franklin、Nico向這些勇於改變並進而獨當一面的搖滾女性的崇高敬意。宣洩之外，「搖滾芭比」掏出了龐克樂最赤裸的靈魂。
